1. Overview

FoneKart ships Brand New Old Stock and Certified Refurbished Nokia mobile phones across India from our Delhi-based warehouse. We are committed to fast, safe, and trackable delivery for every order.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
  • COD orders are processed within 1–2 business days of the ₹49 advance confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) 3 – 5 business days
Rest of India 5 – 7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 7 – 10 business days

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required
  • No hidden charges at delivery beyond the product price
  • COD orders: ₹49 paid online at confirmation is adjusted against your total — no extra delivery charge

5. Courier Partners

FoneKart ships through trusted courier partners including:

  • Shiprocket
  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • BlueDart
  • Speed Post (for select pin codes)

The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery pin code and availability at the time of dispatch.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email
  • You can track your order at: fonekart.shop/apps/track123
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch

7. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering
  • FoneKart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer
  • Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed — contact us immediately at +91 9310363784 if you need to update your address

8. Packaging

All devices are packed securely to prevent damage during transit:

  • Bubble wrap protection for the device
  • Rigid outer box for impact protection
  • Accessories packed separately within the same parcel
  • FoneKart seal applied on the package

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged externally, please take a video before opening and contact us immediately.


9. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailable at address
  • Wrong address provided
  • Customer refused delivery

The package will be returned to FoneKart. In such cases:

  • For prepaid orders — a re-delivery charge may apply for reshipping
  • For COD orders — the ₹49 advance is non-refundable in case of customer-caused failed delivery
  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or cancellation

10. Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will raise a complaint with the courier partner and provide a replacement or full refund within 7 business days of confirming the loss
  • If your device arrives damaged due to transit mishandling, take an unboxing video and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at +91 9310363784 or fonekart.shop8@gmail.com
  • Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery for transit damage may not be accepted

11. Currently We Ship To

FoneKart currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. To check if your pin code is serviceable, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9310363784 before placing your order.

We do not currently ship internationally.
