Warranty Policy – Fonekart

At Fonekart, we’re committed to providing our customers with reliable, high-quality refurbished Nokia mobiles. Every device undergoes strict testing before shipment, and to ensure peace of mind, we offer a 6-month limited warranty on all eligible products.


Warranty Coverage

  • All refurbished Nokia mobile phones purchased from Fonekart come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty covers:

    • Hardware defects (speaker, mic, charging port, camera, etc.)

    • Software malfunctions or performance issues not caused by customer actions

    • Touchscreen and display malfunctions (not caused by accidental damage)


What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (cracks, dents, scratches, broken screen).

  • Water or liquid damage.

  • Battery life reduction over time (normal wear & tear).

  • Issues caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or rooting/jailbreaking.

  • Damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, or power surges.

  • Accessories (chargers, earphones, USB cables, etc.), unless explicitly stated.


Warranty Claim Process

  2. Provide your order number, purchase receipt, and issue details (photos or videos if possible).

  3. Our team will guide you through basic troubleshooting steps.

  4. If unresolved, ship the device to our service center at your cost.

  5. After inspection, if the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the device at no extra cost.


Resolution Options

Depending on the inspection results, we may offer:

  • Free repair of the defective part.

  • Replacement with another refurbished unit of equal model/value.

  • Store credit or partial refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.


Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Fonekart’s technical team.

  • Repairs or replacements may take 7–15 business days, depending on part availability.
